Gentle Yoga with Elizabeth Youngquist

This class includes gentle foundation poses/postures that are
demonstrated, with slow, detailed verbal cues, modifications for physical
limitations, and more advanced options for those who have experience.
Poses are held for several breath cycles. The class will also include
mindfulness practices, breathing techniques, and a brief non-religious
meditation at the end.
