The Bushnell-Sage Library in Sheffield is delighted to welcome Momo Lima as our Art Wall artist for August. Anima Mundi—the soul of the world—is the invisible thread that runs through all life. In this body of work, Momo Lima explores the spiritual essence that connects nature, memory, and ancestral symbolism. Her paintings serve as intuitive maps of inner and collective landscapes, where abstraction and organic form merge into emotional and symbolic narratives.
With layered textures, vibrant colors, and sacred motifs, Lima invites us to reflect on transformation, belonging, and the timeless bond between the visible and the unseen.
Momo’s exhibition will run from September 2 to September 30. There will be an opening reception on Friday, September 5 from 5:00 - 6:30 PM. Please join us for the opening reception, and stop by to see Momo’s work during the library’s open hours.
