MENDING BASICS

Our lovely Trustee, Barbara Reeves joins us again for the next phase in our sewing journey. Mending Basics will build on the five stitches introduced in our Beginner Stitches program, for anyone wishing to continue their sewing adventures. This program will introduce some basic techniques for mending holes, ripped seams, and loose buttons. Participants can also learn how to sew a basic hem or cover up stains with patches or adornments.

Children under 6 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children under 12 must have a parent or guardian present in the library for the duration of the program.
