Living with Bears (virtual or live at Cornwall Library, CT)

  • Cornwall Library 30 Pine Street Cornwall, CT, 06753 United States (map)

Kyle Testerman, Wildlife Specialist with the CT Department of Environmental Protection, will educate us on the history of bears in the NW Corner and how we can be good bear neighbors.  Learn about what kind of habitat they need, their population growth, what does DEEP do with “problem” bears, how can we diminish bear and human encounters, and more. There will be a brief time for questions at the end of the presentation.

Feel free to bring a snack or beverage with you. Refreshments will not be served.
