The healing science of Ayurveda originated in India more than 5,000 years ago and is often referred to as “The Mother of All Healing”. Dedicated to achieving holistic health and well-being, Ayurveda focuses on creating balance between the mind, body and consciousness according to one’s own individual constitution.

Join author Claire Ragozzino for an exploration of Ayurvedic nutrition. We’ll look at the principles of Ayurveda, how to work with the six tastes to create nourishing and well-balanced meals, and what it means to eat for your unique body type through the seasons. In this 1-hour online workshop, you’ll learn:

During tonight’s presentation, Ayurvedic counselor Claire Ragozziono will introduce us to the basic concepts of Ayurveda and present some healing recipes to work in harmony with the seasons and help balance the basic Ayurvedic energies within our bodies in order to achieve maximum health and wellness.

Claire Ragozzino is a certified yoga instructor and Ayurvedic counselor with a background in holistic nutrition and natural cooking. Her work is dedicated to bringing yoga, Ayurveda, and nutrition to a modern lifestyle.
