Eileen Carlotto is a middle school art teacher, author, and illustrator. With 35 years of meditation experience, Eileen offers workshops on various aspects of meditation and spirituality. She has studied under a world-renowned meditation teacher and has been to India many times to deepen her practice and share this technique with others. She has written an illustrated book for young children entitled Through the Stars and is illustrating stories that are part of a series of children's mystic stories. Eileen demonstrates how you can integrate your meditation practice into your own busy life in the midst of a jam-packed daily schedule .
