Brian S. Barnett presents his research about General John Fellows of Sheffield. Mr. Barrett discusses Fellows’ early life in Sheffield, his activities as Berkshire County Sheriff and his leadership of the Berkshire County Militia during the American Revolution. Mr. Barrett published books about his service at Peekskill (1776) and Saratoga (1777). Fellows' biography will will be published during December 2021 and will cover his life and military campaigns during the French and Indian War and the Revolution as well as his post-Revolution activities and his death.
