Blue Highways by William Least Heat-Moon will be our first Zoom book club selection.

This book was chosen out of nostalgia for the open road, and for a time when states were not defined as “red” or “blue”. William Least Heat-Moon writes a travelogue that includes historical facts, conversations with people he meets and a parallel journey across his own psychological frontier. To quote Walt Whitman, “O public road, you express me better than I can express myself”.
