Qigong Class

Juliana Harris, Qigong instructor and library staff member, will teach this gentle art of body posture, movement and breathing. For those who may not know, Qigong has its roots in Chinese medicine and is often considered a warm-up to the more choreographed movements of T’ai Chi, a slow moving martial art. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. This class is donation based; inability to donate does not exclude participation.
