Celebrate Poetry

Month by making a banner!

We'll write our own poem, haiku, or find one to share, and paint it on a piece of felt.  Perhaps we'll stitch them on, mixing paper with felt, the possibilities are endless.  Each piece will become part of a banner for the art room (Gilian's Studio).  Supplies will be provided and this is a free event.  Snacks will be provided because you can't create on an empty stomach.  All ages are welcome (as long as you don't mind using permanent fabric paint or a needle and thread).
